From now until the new series starts, there’s bound to be a lot of straw clutching and salt pinching in regards to what we can expect. There’s already a bit of information and even some songs talking about the Crystal Empire, and now the cover for a new DVD by Shout! Factory coming out in the States puts even more substance behind that. I’ve already said too much, so click after the break for all the details.
Things to point out – The Mane 6 have weird hairstyles (looking forward to the episode Rainbow Dash turns into Elvis Presley), the eye highlights are hexagonal on Twilight, Applejack, Rainbow and Fluttershy, but not for Rarity or Pinkie Pie (still all have those DEATHLY STARES), and Cadance is very sparkly. Rockin’.
