After teasing new music from his upcoming album Hood Billionaire yesterday, Rick Ross delivered his promise with the album’s first single “Elvis Presley Blvd,” which features Project Pat. It’s surprising to see Ross hit us with new music so soon, much less announce that an entire album is on the way. His last album Mastermind debuted on Billboard at No. 1 just over six months ago, but judging from his incessant tweeting about Hood Billionaire, one can deduce that he’s now on to the next one.
