Last week I wrote about Barbra Streisand’s visit at the Tonight Show. Obviously there was a reason for her coming to the show, as fun as it may be to hang with Jimmy Fallon.
This reason was her brand new album Partners, an album with which she, according to Billboard, has just made history! Partners has already become Barbra’s 10th No. 1 album, which makes her the only artist to ever have had No. 1 albums in each of the past six decades! That’s certainly something to brag about.
I have the album on Spotify and am in the process of enjoying the 12 classic songs which each feature a great male singer. Not just any singers obviously, but guys like Babyface, Michael Bublé, Stevie Wonder, Andrea Bocelli, John Legend and even Elvis Presley himself.
I can’t write a proper album review at this moment, but I can definitely understand why it’s become another No.1 for Streisand! Don’t miss out on it!
