Memorial services for NaDeen H. Sierra, 65, of East Moline, IL, will be 11:00AM Saturday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Interment will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation will be two hours prior to services Saturday at the funeral home. Mrs. Sierra died Wednesday, August 20, 2014, at Trinity, Bettendorf, IA. NaDeen DeGraw was born May 13, 1949, in Detroit, MI, the daughter of Pete and Shirley Bessler DeGraw. She married Joseph Sierra May 18, 1968, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, East Moline. He died August 30, 2010. She had been an advocate of tissue donation and had been a donor after her death. NaDeen was a huge Elvis Presley fan. Survivors include her daughter, Heather (Roland) Tenley, Peoria, IL; grandchildren; Meghan, Elizabeth, and Sara; mother, Shirley Alger, Horseshoe Bend, AR; sisters, Judylinn DePover, Davenport, IA, Denise Springmeier, Macomb, MI, Kathleen Caruthers, Conway, AR, Colleen (Stuart) Holt, Conway. She is preceded in death by her father; stepfather, William Alger; daughter, Dawn Marie Sierra; and granddaughter, Chynna Sierra. Memorials may be made to Gift of Hope.
