Not only was I not able to watch TV during my dental procedure, I couldn't even read a magazine or look out the window. I was extremely bored the entire time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them.
