Background:

December 2011 woke up and found my foot dragged when i walked. Doctor diagnosed me with dropfoot. Had MRIs done. Was told to get walking aid immediately. Saw a neurologist in january 2012 was told i had cervical spondylosis with myelopathy and that i needed immediate surgery which i had a week later for severely herniated dusc, bone

spurs, and disc replacements in my neckk. After surgery did nothing except to halt paralysis, i am still inable to walk without using aid.

I applied for disability ssdi in february 2012, denied june 2012, appealed june 2012, october 2012 i called to check on the status of ny case and was told that it was sent back due to informal remand and that is where i stand now.

What is informal remand? Never heard of it.
