GULFPORT - The 35th year Tribute to Elvis concernt is Sunday, Aug. 19, 1:30 p.m., at the Catherine Hickman Theater in Gulfport.
It's hard to believe that it's been 35 years since the passing of Elvis Presley in August. If you would love to relive the Elvis experience, then you will not want to miss "ELVIS: A Concert Experience."
Jim Jinelli will turn back the clock and you will watch the aura of Elvis will come alive. Jinelli has a powerful, commanding voice and a remarkable vocal range. Jinelli's portrayal of Elvis Presley covers the touring concert years of 1971-1977.
The Catherine Hickman Theater is at 5501 27th Ave. S. in Gulfport.
Jinelli, a Chicago native, has been impersonating Elvis Presley for more than 20 years appearing on TV, radio and many markets from Chicago to New York and the south eastern states with sold out crowds.
Just as Elvis covered many more songs in his concerts than his own, so does Jinelli, offering the audience "A Concert Experience" as close to the original as possible, while capturing the charm and charisma of the "King of Rock and Roll." He is a talented musician, proficient in guitar, piano and percussion.
